Dr. Carol Ann Walsh
Carol Ann Walsh, PhD graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Theology, University of San Francisco with a MS in Organizational Development and University of Nevada with a PhD in Education. Carol has 25 years of teaching and administrative experience in Catholic schools. She also had the opportunity to help lead four Catholic schools prior to joining the St Paul community. Each made great strides during her tenure including the following: Christian Service Learning, Differentiated Instruction, Tiered Instruction (to meet the needs of diverse learners), Professional Learning Communities, one-to-one technology integration, Virtue based restorative discipline, and expanded extra-curricular activities.
Carol and her husband, Ed, are members of St Paul parish. She has 3 children (David, Michelle and Brenda), one grandson (Everett) and two dogs, Bella a German shepherd, and Maverick a yellow Labrador. In their spare time Carol & Ed enjoy scuba diving, gardening, museums, theater and reading.

Mr. Faustin Weber
Faustin Weber graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in Philosophy and Computer Applications. He then participated in Notre Dame’s ACE program (Alliance for Catholic Education) and taught in Denver, CO while earning a Master of Education degree. As a middle school science and math teacher, Mr. Weber was frequently seen marching his students down to the local river to conduct investigations and collect water samples. He and his wife Kate moved to Columbus in 2014, and he served as St. Matthew’s assistant principal for four years.
Faustin and Kate have three young children, Josie, Auggie and Charlie. They are active members at the St. Thomas More Newman Center where Kate currently works as the Coordinator of Children and Teen Ministry. When they are not chasing their children around, they enjoy hiking and visiting new places.
Mr. Pfeifer started his teaching career in 2015. He attended The Ohio State University where he earned his degree in Italian before moving on to Ohio Dominican University to complete his M.A in Theology. In 2018 Mr. Pfeifer took on some additional responsibilities as the Assistant Dean of Students and the Saint Vincent de Paul Youth Chapter Coordinator. He has a passion for sharing the faith and helping the students seek out the deeper meaning of our relationship to God.
His family has continued to grow since he started at St. Paul and now includes his wife (Jazmin) and three children (Charleigh, Brody and Asher) along with their golden retriever (Piper). In his free time, he enjoys his family, playing golf, and setting aside time for moments of silence.
