The A.C.E. Program is available only to St. Paul students who are in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Children are enrolled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants in excess of program capacity are placed on the waiting list for one school year. Placement on the A.C.E. waitlist does not guarantee space in the after-school care program. Families must reapply every year. Please note, we have a three day minimum payment per week.
- The ACE program is available Monday-Friday 2:35-6:00pm.
- When Saint Paul school has Early Dismissal Days, ACE is available from 1:30-5:00pm.
- When Saint Paul School is closed, ACE is closed. (i.e.) Snow Days, Holidays, etc.
- We will contact families from the ACE Waitlist by June 30 to fill any after-school openings. Families will be on the ACE waitlist for one school year.
- Registration Fee: TBA - Collected once a year for Art & Craft Supplies
- ACE Tuition: TBA FOR THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR.
- Please note: We offer a 3 day minimum, 4 Day or 5 Day sign up
- The children are grouped by grade levels (i.e.) K-3, 4-6
- The children K-6 will be interacting during various activities (i.e.) Recreation time and arts & crafts/ we adjust the recreation games based on the young children's ability level (i.e.) Kickball- younger children are placed closer to the pitcher and the rest of the group in the field moves back
- ACE is a State Licensed program through the Ohio Department of Education. We have a paid college staff with backgrounds in Education, coaching etc. to assist us with our daily activities.
