Parent Volunteer Help Needed for 2015-16 School Year!

If you've been waiting to get involved at St. Paul, now is the perfect time! There is still a need for volunteers in many areas. Most positions require relatively little time or are one-time events. If you would like more information about any of the PAC Board or committee positions, or general volunteer opportunities, please visit, or contact David Michalec at  or 614.625.7685. All parents are expected to be active members of this organization. The purpose of Parent Activity Committee (PAC) is to aid the students by providing a volunteer base and monetary support to enhance the educational environment. PAC also promotes open communication with faculty, parents, administration, and students. General meetings are held during the school year. Additional information may be found under the PAC by-laws.

PAC offers a big THANK YOU to all of the parents who helped out by volunteering last year and already this year!  Our volunteers are so important to St. PaulWe urge every parent to find an area in which to get involved.  No amount of time is too small!  We need your help to continue supporting the special activities our students have enjoyed in past years.

PAC Supply Closet Inventory

If you are coordinating a PAC event and require items from the PAC Supply Closet (eg: disposable plates, cups, napkins, flatware, serving dishes, etc), we request that you please "order" your items in advance. These items will then be assembled for you to simply pick up in the Supply Closet on your requested pick-up date. The PAC Supply Closet Inventory can be found here:

From Our Treasurer

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Pat Carr, PAC Treasurer, at Please submit requests at least 2 weeks in advance of date needed for checks/cash boxes to allow time for processing. Copies of forms are available in the PAC Treasurer mailbox in the school office. It is appreciated if requests are submitted promptly after events, within 30 days when possible.

Download a check request form--Please print and use this form to request reimbursement for expenses, or payment to vendors.  Fill in the appropriate spaces.
Reimbursements: Attach receipts to completed form. 
Payments to vendors: Please check that the billed amount is correct and attach the invoice.
Send to the school office c/o PAC Treasurer.

Cash Handling Information and Forms--Committee chairs: please use this form for tallying event monies before turning them in at the school office for the PAC Treasurer.
