We are very excited to announce that on Friday, June 8 through Sunday, June 10, we will be moving in to the newly constructed addition of our school!  Many helping hands are needed to transfer classroom supplies and furniture into the new facilities.  We are therefore reaching out to all parishioners ages 14+ to help with this weekend project.  We especially encourage all parish ministries (including our Scouts, St. Paul Rams teams, Small Church Communities, Youth Ministry, etc.) to consider working together.  (This would be a great way for students to earn service hours!)  Please prayerfully consider giving of your time then go to to sign up to help.  Thank you!

Letters of Intent

Current student Letter of Intent forms will be mailed by the end of February along with your FACTS renewal agreements if you are using the FACTS Tuition payment plan this year.  Please sign ALL documents and return to the school with your $200 fee.  If you are registering a Kindergarden student, only one $200 deposit is needed.  It is a 'family' registration fee.

2018 St. Paul Vacation Bible School
Shipwrecked! Rescued by God! is the theme for St. Paul’s 2018 Vacation Bible School (VBS)! VBS is a one week summer experience that will take place June 25-29 from 9:00 a.m. until noon. Children will undoubtedly enjoy an exciting, dynamic week that focuses on age-appropriate faith development. VBS benefits the volunteers as well as the participants as everyone ventures onto an uncharted island where kids discover the truth that Jesus carries them through life’s storms! Summer Food Service Program

All children ages 1 through 18 are eligible to receive free meals during the summer months at participating program sites. Individuals ages 19 through 21 who have been identified as having mental or physical disabilities and are following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) through their current enrollment in educational programs also are eligible for free summer meals.

Fastscrip Program

Purchase gift cards at a discount from local & national retailers on  Families pay full price for the gift card at the present time and then receive the rebate back as a credit on the following school year's tuition invoice.

School Advisory Board

The St. Paul School Advisory Board Mission is to promote and support a faith-based Catholic school environment that celebrates each child’s personal, spiritual, academic, and social development.

Parent Activity Committee (PAC)

The purpose of this organization "PAC" is to aid the students by providing a volunteer base and monetary support to enhance the educational environment.  PAC also promotes open communication with faculty, parents, administration, and students.  General meetings are held during the school year.

Wellness Committee and Policy Information

Local Wellness Policy Committee Forming
In an effort to promote Wellness in our school community, St. Paul School is forming a Local Wellness Policy Committee.  The goal of the committee is to create and ensure a school environment that promotes healthy nutrition choices, adequate physical activity, and health and wellness through all school activities.  In addition to school personnel, including an administrative member, physical education instructors, the school nurse, and the cafeteria manager, parents are invited to join the Wellness Committee.  All members will participate in the development, implementation, and periodic review and update of the local school wellness policy.  Interested parents should contact Mr. Deke Hocker at by May 1, 2017.
