Wellness Committee and Policy Information

Local Wellness Policy Committee Forming
In an effort to promote Wellness in our school community, St. Paul School is forming a Local Wellness Policy Committee.  The goal of the committee is to create and ensure a school environment that promotes healthy nutrition choices, adequate physical activity, and health and wellness through all school activities.  In addition to school personnel, including an administrative member, physical education instructors, the school nurse, and the cafeteria manager, parents are invited to join the Wellness Committee.  All members will participate in the development, implementation, and periodic review and update of the local school wellness policy.  Interested parents should contact Mr. Deke Hocker at dhocker@stpaulk-8.org by May 1, 2017.
